01
Problem
Dining is a traditional, social context. The product had to help guests browse, order, request service, and pay without making the phone feel like the center of the meal.
02
Contribution
- Designed customer flows for menu browsing, rich item detail, ordering, service requests, payment, social cues, and loyalty.
- Designed staff-side patterns for incoming orders, table requests, and customer context.
- Kept the system flexible so restaurants could support both app users and traditional service.
03
Outcome
The concept showed how better digital coordination could reduce wait times, give guests more control, and help staff manage requests in one operational view.
