Problem
Multiple internal applications needed a shared UI language. Without a system, each team repeated decisions and shipped inconsistent interfaces.
Contribution
- Defined foundations for spacing, typography, hierarchy, layout, and component behavior.
- Structured the system around modular, simple, modern, and clean principles.
- Started with Trello component cards, then moved roadmap and delivery tracking into Azure DevOps.
- Worked with developers to build and validate React components in Storybook before product implementation.
Outcome
Lighthouse became one source of truth for internal product teams, improving consistency, collaboration, and delivery efficiency.
