Multiple internal applications needed a shared UI language. Without a system, each team repeated decisions and shipped inconsistent interfaces.

• Defined foundations for spacing, typography, hierarchy, layout, and component behavior.
• Structured the system around modular, simple, modern, and clean principles.
• Started with Trello component cards, then moved roadmap and delivery tracking into Azure DevOps.
• Worked with developers to build and validate React components in Storybook before product implementation.

Lighthouse became one source of truth for internal product teams, improving consistency, collaboration, and delivery efficiency.
