Problem
WeldCloud was live but had little real-world usage. The backlog was unfocused, the product tried to do too much, and the team needed better alignment between stakeholder expectations, design cleanup, and delivery.

Contribution
- Introduced sprint planning, backlog grooming, clear done criteria, and regular demos.
- Built a basic style guide and component library to reduce UI inconsistency.
- Standardized navigation, layouts, reports, monitoring dashboards, alerts, and bulk machine-setting workflows.
- Opened feedback loops with real users such as welding engineers and supervisors.

Outcome
The team rebuilt client trust, shipped clearer workflows, improved pilot adoption, and created a more focused product direction for industrial users.
