Problem

MATCHi needed to modernize the product while upgrading the underlying Bootstrap framework. The work had to reduce risk, prioritize high-impact flows, and improve consistency across discovery, booking, profiles, and account surfaces.

Contribution

Optimized responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile booking behavior.
Improved venue pages, user dashboard, login, profile, membership, and loyalty surfaces.
Created a cleaner interface language that could survive a technical migration without losing product clarity.
